BibleMax is an useful free program that allows you to read and study the Holy Bible in your computer's screen by means of an easy-to-use interface. One of the advantages of this program is the possibility of complement the basic software by downloading additional modules that you can add to the existing ones, making the program to grow according to your needs. One of this additional modules is the John S. C. Abbott and Jacob Abbott Illustrated New Testament. This is a commentary to the different books of the New Testament made in 1878 by these two renowned American authors. John S. C. Abbot is famous for his historic and biographical books on figures like Davy Crockett, Daniel Boone and Napoleon Bonaparte. On the other hand, his brother Jacob was a prolific author of books for children and youngsters. Both authors joined forces to write this comprehensive commentary to the New Testament, contained in its entirely in this BibleMax module. You can use this text to complement your Bible readings or, if you are a cleric, to enhance your Sunday sermons. Also, you can use all the features of BibleMax's software like copy/paste and print, which allows you to export the text to other media.
